Add Subjects to Visits
To begin, go to the Visit Details tab>Visit Subjects section, and click Add Subject.

To begin adding subjects to the visit, go to the Visit Details tab, if necessary. Expand the Visit Subjects section and click the Add Subject button to launch the Add Subject Visit pop-up wizard.
